Have you seen the Michael Jackson Traffic Cop?
the dancing wardens always bring a smile to my face. Now the little kids that go around begging have found better use of their time. around the Wakkis axis they usually assist in directing traffic. they obviously have no formal education and do this at the risk of being arrested but i guess it beats them knocking on ur window and asking for money to eat
