He's pressing all he right buttons in tapping this resource.<BR/><BR/>Think of what could happen if such a scheme were to take off in Central Africa, ie Cameroun, Gabon, Congo, DR Congo,<BR/>Central African Republic, those are countries with large tracts of undisturbed forest.
